By submitting a scam website report through our platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Search Requirement
Users must first use the search feature available on our website to confirm that the reported website has not already been listed or reported as a scam website. Duplicate reports may be rejected.
2. Eligible Website Requirements
The reported website must:
- Be an active and accessible shopping website at the time of submission.
- Appear to offer products for sale online.
- Contain sufficient information for review and investigation.
3. Reporting Limit & Free Product Eligibility
Users are only allowed to submit one eligible scam website report and receive one free product every two (2) weeks.
Multiple reports submitted within the same two-week period will not qualify for additional free products, regardless of the number of websites submitted.
4. Review & Moderation Rights
We reserve the right to review, edit, approve, reject, remove, or modify any submitted report at our sole discretion without prior notice.
5. No Guarantee of Free Product Approval
Submission of a scam website report does not guarantee approval, qualification, or delivery of a free product.
Free products are provided only to qualifying users and approved submissions based on our internal review process.
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to deny, cancel, refuse, or discontinue any free product request or participation in the program at any time and for any reason.
7. Duplicate & Suspicious Submissions
We may reject:
- Duplicate scam reports
- Spam submissions
- Automated submissions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Reports submitted using false or misleading information
8. Abuse Prevention
Participation may be limited, suspended, or restricted for users who abuse, manipulate, or attempt to exploit the scam reporting or free product program.
9. False Reports & Permanent Ban
Users who intentionally submit false scam reports, misleading claims, fabricated evidence, or attempt to exploit the free product program may be permanently banned from using our services and participating in future promotions.
10. Program Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a scam website report, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
